Service Description

This method of counselling allows you to explore your subconscious in order to heal the past and live in a more grounded, peaceful, connected present. The first hour includes a consult for the client to explore what has been going on in their daily lives. That is followed by a 30 minute guided meditation using the breath to connect to the heart and body.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule the client must give 24 hours notice unless it is an emergency.
